Due to the unique nature of our cohort, here at the UET Pathfinder Academy we have developed a bespoke package of support for our pupils. This aims to maximize the number of pupils who are in education, employment or training on leaving school, regardless of their time of arrival. We work towards the Gatsby Benchmarks using to support our careers programme.

There are Careers Champions across all of the bases who play a role in ensuring that careers education is embedded within the bases.

We work closely with Norfolk County Council for work experience and apprenticeships, The New Anglia Enterprise Partnership, Beacon East who provide all of our KS4 pupils with Level 6 independent careers advice and ASK to support our CIAG offer to pupils.
